  1. Thomas Loker says:

Clearly this is not a complete list. AS an example there is quite a bit more of funding paid out under the Ryan White Care Act that is not shown in the listing for the dental program. If you were add up all the funding related to healthcare programs, you need to ask will this be reauthorized next year or the year after that? Why will we need this funding if we just passed legislation that provides insurance to everyone?

See my recent article at tloker.wordpress.com.

    • jpfinn7 says:

You are absolutely correct Thomas it is not a complete list. Mercy, it made me dizzy just reading what I posted. We are an insane country.

    • joetosti says:

Because it doesn’t provide insurance to everyone. Try reading a little. More than 20,000,000 will remain uninsured, including infants and children and if that insane bunch of Supreme Court Justices votes against Obamacare, there will be no one guaranteed insurance. When will you wake up and understand that the we are only as strong as the weakest among us? Or that you can wear only one coat at a time and if you have two coats, Jesus said, you should give one to the poor.

Too much bureaucracy? Of course. Too much caring for the unfortunate? No such thing.

  2. Luicta says:

Add more of the list for entitlements programs

  3. Lucita says:

Add more of the entitlements programs on the list.

  4. Joe says:

How does adding Obamacare to government entitlements help our deficit? The government can’t even afford the entitlements it is already commited to. Our country borrows 42 cents of every dollar spent. Does anyone else see here anything that can be cut? Or at least put on hold until our economy gets better? Taxes should not be raised on ANY American, “rich” or otherwise. Want to see where our country is headed? Watch Greece. A country that is bankrupt from spending beyond it means, that has to borrow money from other countries to keep from collapsing,
